Across the province, 211 has been receiving an increasing number of calls from seniors needing help, as well as the families of both seniors and disabled people. Many of these callers are first-time users of the 211 system, further evidence that 211 is becoming better known to Ontarians.

Most individuals are seeking skills to either enter the workforce. Some seek to maintain their current employment or promotions. Others require upgrading to enter high school or college level courses.
