The 211 on Social Services in Ontario is a collection of news snippets that we hope are useful to Ontario’s community and social service organizations and the clients they serve.
Across the province, 211 has been receiving an increasing number of calls from seniors needing help, as well as the families of both seniors and disabled people. Many of these callers are first-time users of the 211 system, further evidence that 211 is becoming better known to Ontarians.
